Have a Letter of Concern to Share?

If you've written a letter of concern to the School Board or the Utah State Charter School Board, you can submit a copy below. We ask for your name and email so our team can reach out with questions if needed — those are kept private and are never posted or attached to the letter on this page. Every submission is reviewed by our team privately first; nothing is posted automatically, and you choose whether your name is shown if it's published.

Submit a Letter

Before you submit: please only share information you believe is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submitting a letter doesn't guarantee it will be posted — our team reviews every submission first, may follow up with you before anything goes live, and may lightly edit letters (for example, to remove personal contact information) before publishing.

About your privacy:
  • Your name and email are for our team's internal use only, to follow up if we have questions — the email is never published on this site, and will only be published if you give express consent.
  • Leave the "Publishing preference" box unchecked if you'd like your letter posted without your name attached; check it if you're comfortable being named.
  • Don't write your name inside the document itself if you want to stay anonymous even internally to whoever reviews the file.
  • If submitting a photo of a letter, be aware phone photos can carry hidden location data — consider taking a screenshot of the photo instead, or removing location data before uploading.

Note: like virtually any online form, the hosting service may retain basic technical logs (such as an IP address) that we do not see or use — if you need stronger protection, message us directly to discuss more secure options.

A note on these letters: each one was written and submitted by the parent, staff member, or community member named below it (or kept anonymous at their request). They are personal accounts and opinions — Saving Vista School does not independently investigate or verify every factual claim within them, and publishing a letter here doesn't mean we endorse everything it says. Every letter is submitted to the School Board and the Utah State Charter School Board regardless of whether it's published here — publishing is a separate, optional step, and only letters whose authors gave us express permission are shown on this page (many understandably hold back out of fear of professional retaliation). If you believe something published here about you is inaccurate or unfair, please contact us and we'll review it.
